Matcha Mushroom for Your Mornings

Nice energy kicker this one is. 

Matcha will cover your caffeine craving, cordyceps will give you energy, reishi will keep your mind sharp - but calm, coconut will give your body and brain some good fats to work with, cinnamon will keep your breath fresh, vanilla is sweet and so so healthy and don’t get me started on the raw honey. 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup boiling hot water for the mushrooms

  • 1 tsp. reishi powder

  • 1 tsp. cordyceps powder

  • 1/2 cup boiling hot water for the tea

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla powder

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder

  • 1 tsp. matcha tea

  • 1 tsp. honey or your preferred sweetener
